Space is predicted to be a trillion dollar industry with massive investments into new technology advancing humanity’s future both in space and on Earth.
The space industry also provides a key enabler of efficiency across other sectors and plays a critical part as the importance of ESG grows. With the rise of commercial space, where over 90 nations, 10 000 companies and 5 000 investors are already active, it offers immense opportunities ahead. Companies exploring how to use space capabilities now, could gain an enormous first mover advantage.
At the same time there is an immediate talent gap. How can companies and countries inspire, recruit, and retain the talent necessary to remain competitive and meet the growing demand.
On May 4, Women in Space Sweden and ESA BIC Sweden have invited five high profile professionals from different fields of the space industry on our stage. They will give their views on the current market situation, challenges and the opportunities ahead for the space industry.
The networking event takes place on site in Luleå, Uppsala, Trollhättan, Lund and online.
