The Space Industry was established in the region during the 1950’s, and currently operates in both industry and academia. However, the number of small and medium-sized enterprises active in the field needs to increase. Many business could approach the space sector, and broaden the market and strengthen the aerospace industry.

RIT stands for Space for Innovation and Growth, where Luleå university of technology and LTU Business, together with a number of project partners aims to create regional growth by strengthening the space industry’s ability to collaborate in research and innovation projects where even small and medium-sized enterprises is seen as an important resource. We will tell you more about the project and how regional companies can participate.
